Deadlines

 Deadlines:

Coach Registrations: March 31, 2010. Understanding that coaches entered late will not be guaranteed a gift or shirt, we will take coaches registrations until May 21st. Please note if we reach capacity in Shamu stadium – Late registered coaches will not be admitted to Opening Ceremonies in Shamu Stadium – they may still receive Sea World pass and meal voucher.

All Access Passes, Opening Ceremonies Tickets, All Meet Access: April 30, 2010. We have a limited amount of these tickets remaining. We will continue to accept orders until May 21st (or until Shamu Stadium has filled to capacity). There will be a $20 late fee added to all orders (not per person).

Bus Transportation Form and Payment: May 15, 2010. After this date there will be a $20 late fee added to all orders (not per person). ABSOLUTE LAST DAY ACCEPTED: May 28, 2010

Qualification Scores: May 28, 2010. NO LATE SCORES ACCEPTED

Senior Reception: April 30, 2010. NO LONGER ACCEPTED

Program Advertisements: April 30, 2010. NO LONGER ACCEPTED

Gymnast Registrations: March 31, 2010. NO LONGER ACCEPTED
